6 days a week we program the workout of the day. We provide 1-3 variations of the workout depending on what equipment you have. If the workout is super simple, you might only see one version. If there is an opportunity to do a barbell or dumbbell version – you will see 2 versions. When we want to offer a version with things like the rower or a bike, ghd, things like that – you will see 3 versions. We show a bunch of scales and subs as well. We provide a demo for every workout, every version, every day. These are found on our private IG and FB pages.
