Program A: This version of the workout is usually the most simple. All that is required for this version is a pair of dumbbells or 2, a jump rope, and either a simple doorway pull up bar or even TRX bands to complete 100% of the workouts!
Program B: This version of the daily workout is for those with a barbell and plates, along with the jump rope and something to do pull-ups or rows on as well.
** A, B, and C are not LEVELS. They are just variations of the workout based on what you have available.
Program C: This version of the daily workout is for those who either have a really legit home set up with maybe all of the above plus a rower or a bike etc. OR for those who are doing our programming in a gym that has this stuff available!
