The Fourth Trimester Bundle guides you from early postpartum recovery to reintroducing intensity and impact—ultimately bridging you to Street Parking SHIFT programming.
Each phase (Recovery, Rehab, and Rebuild) includes specific education, movements, and strategies that address your pelvic floor and core, mobility, while progressively building strength, coordination, and intensity to help you navigate your fitness journey with confidence.
