HOW IT WORKS

In this challenge we will be focusing on nutrition-focused tasks (nutrition approach, water intake, eliminating alcohol) and getting in those workouts. You will get to choose your own nutrition track and water goal. (Alcohol and workouts are fixed goals.) Being part of Summer Flex is meant to both serve you and challenge you.

CHOOSE YOUR NUTRITION TRACK

Choose one nutrition track to follow throughout the duration of the challenge.

Option 1: All In Track

OPTION 1: ALL IN TRACK

  • Follow your personalized Street Parking Nutrition Template from day one
  • Learn to implement template-based eating in various situations
  • (Palm Method or Balanced Plate available as emergency backup options)

Option 2: Flex Track

OPTION 2: FLEX TRACK

  • Gradually progress through nutrition strategies at your own pace
    • Week 1: Focus on Balanced Plate principles
    • Week 2: Master the Palm Method approach
    • Week 3: Incorporate 1-2 template meals daily
    • Week 4: Full template implementation
  • Or create your own custom progression

HYDRATION GOALS

There will be two challenges when it comes to tracking your water intake - a morning and a daily goal.

Morning Challenge

Everyone starts with: Drinking water first thing each morning (before coffee or food)

Daily Target Options

Choose your daily target:

  • Level 1: 40+ oz of water daily
  • Level 2: 60+ oz of water daily

ALCOHOL COMPONENT

NO ALCOHOL for the full 4 weeks of the challenge!

WORKOUT REQUIREMENTS

There are three different components to the workouts section of this challenge.

Complete 16 Workouts

Complete 16 Street Parking workouts over the 4-week challenge. Can be any SP workout! There will be a badge to track this too!!!

1 #fullsend workout a week

Include 1 #fullsend workout each week (time to push your limits!). This can be any workout of your choosing. We recommend using the Vault workout (programmed on Mondays) for this option.  

Benchmark

Benchmark: You choose any Street Parking workout (Daily Workouts or Extra Programs) as your benchmark. Complete it in the first week and again in the final week to track your progress!

In order to be entered to win prizes, you must complete (and log) at least 90% of your nutrition-focused tasks (Nutrition Track, Water First, Hydration, and No Alcohol.) You will officially log these ONCE at the end of the Challenge via a logging form.

*The Summer Flex badge will ONLY count your workouts completed during the Challenge. You will not be logging the nutrition-focused tasks in the SP App.
